Doug Forcier grew up in Woonsocket, R.I. He served in the U.S. Army stationed in West Germany before earning a B.F.A from Rhode Island College. He then spent a year in Italy while working for an M.F.A from Temple University's art school. He has been tattooing professionally since 2003 in Philadelphia, Providence and Woonsocket. He is now back in the capitol with Providence Tattoo. You can find him at the Federal Hill location.
